your design from concept through to production. Our team
works closely with the client on specific colour and themes
to maximise your brand's potential quickly and within
budget.
Step 2- Choice Of Fabric
The core Kids-Biz range shows the
diversity of cap fabric now available. From technical micro
fibres to standard cottons. New techniques and materials are
produced every year, which can be further enhanced by
coating, dying, brushing, washing or other treatment.
Step 3 - Decoration Process
Nearly every process used in the apparel
industry can now be applied to headwear. Basic single/multi
colour embroidery may now be enhanced with 3D effects.
Appliqué may highlight images, as can flock or plastic
transfers. Many of these processes are demonstrated by the
images shown.
Step 4 - Decoration position
Cap outer shell options include printing
to sandwich peak and logoing. Embroidery and combination -
including badges (PVC and woven) to any or all surfaces plus
personalised buckles.
Step 5 - Cap Back Options
Customisation of your cap back can
increase its perceived value and stop counterfeiting. These
backings are usually determined by product/application and
budget. Variants are possible in colour, material, embossing
and infilling.
